About the RDA
The Resident Doctors' Association is the elected body representing all resident doctors at AIIMS Bhopal.
Our Mission
The RDA strives to create an environment where every resident doctor can thrive professionally and personally. We serve as the bridge between the administration and the resident community, ensuring that the concerns and suggestions of residents are heard and addressed effectively. Through transparent governance, proactive welfare measures, and a robust grievance redressal system, we work towards making AIIMS Bhopal the best place for medical training in the country.

RDA Structure (2026-27)
Current TermThe RDA is led by a democratically elected Core Committee supported by department-wise Executive Members, all serving a term of one year. Together, they form the backbone of representation and welfare for resident doctors at AIIMS Bhopal.
