More than a card
The RDA exists to represent resident doctors. Membership is what gives it standing to do that — and gives you a say in how.
Representation
The RDA speaks for you on stipend, duty hours, leave and working conditions — and the grievance cell is members-first.
Digital ID card
A membership card with a scannable QR, valid for your whole residency. Works offline at RDA events.
Member events
RDA Night, sports meets and cultural evenings are members-only. Your membership is your entry.
Academic support
Conference support, thesis and exam resources, and the residents' network across departments.
Welfare
Emergency welfare assistance and peer support, coordinated by your own batch representatives.
A vote
Members elect the office bearers and can stand for a post themselves.

Before you join
Who can become a member?+
Any resident doctor at AIIMS Bhopal — Junior Residents, Senior Residents, Senior Demonstrators and Tutors across every department.
Is the fee annual?+
No. ₹2000 is a one-time fee and your membership stays valid for your entire residency period. You do not renew it each year.
How do I pay?+
Registering creates your application immediately; payment is by UPI to the RDA account. Scan the QR on the payment page — it already carries the exact ₹2000 and your application code — then submit the UPI reference (UTR). The RDA verifies it within 48 hours and your membership number is issued.
I paid but nothing has changed.+
Payments are matched against the RDA's bank statement by a human, usually within 48 hours. Your status page updates on its own once that happens — you do not need to pay again. If it has been longer, write to rdaaiimsb@gmail.com with your application code.
I lost my link.+
Use “Find my application” with the email and mobile number you registered with, and the link comes back. Do not register again — a second application with the same email or mobile is refused.
Is the fee refundable?+
Membership fees are non-refundable. If your payment was taken in error, write to the RDA and it will be reviewed case by case.
